Smita R, ACTC & PCC | Leadership & Team Development Coach

With 15 years of corporate experience in her stride, Smita is a coach, mentor, and Director at Coacharya. A former banker, she has worked in the corporate sector and has overseen general banking operations. Acting on her passion for human leadership, she joined a Leadership Development training institute where she was part of the business development side of things. She had finally found her true calling and embraced coaching as a life skill. She has coached several leaders to move up the ladder in their leadership roles and helped them achieve their goals. She has facilitated programs on ‘Coaching Mindset’ and ‘Leader as a Coach.’ She has also designed numerous customized programs to suit an organization’s needs, in line with its vision, mission, purpose, and leadership principles. She has a natural flair for working with leaders to increase their self-awareness and enhance team collaboration.
